 Hire A Zanypainter for Your Next Face Painting Event
Please contact us with your event details as soon as you have the date and time. Weekend time slots are booked well in advance and tend to fill up quickly but we are available during the week as well.
Here is the booking process:
- Call 719.499.5652 or email us to see if your date and time is available.
- We'll quote your hourly rate / fees so you can download and complete the contract.
- Fax and Paypal or mail it along with your 50% deposit check.
- We will confirm receipt with you - you're booked.
Birthday Parties
We want to make your child's birthday party zany! Let us put together a package that fits within your budget. Please be sure to book enough time so that we don't have to disappoint your guests.
- Fees average $80/hr. but please call - it's based on duration and location
- Design intricacy affects the time required per face
- 1 hour minimum, additional time in half hour increments
- Events 3 hours or more receive a reduced hourly rate.
- Securing 3 or more event dates may entitle you to reduced hourly rates.
- Distant venues may involve a travel charge.
- Some outdoor situations require us to bring our shelter, tables, chairs, etc.

 Festivals, Corporate and Outdoor Events
We offer full service event set up. We can bring our ez-up shelters, tables, chairs, etc. for your outdoor event - great for group parties and festivals. Please call 719.499.5652 or email for more information.

School Events

Baby Showers
Gestational art on a pregnant belly is a fun addition to a baby shower. You can match the nursery theme or let the mom-to-be choose her favorite art. Please call 719.499.5652 or email for more information.
Deposit
We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your event date and time. The remainder and any other additional charges are due on the day of the event. See our contract for more details. Only booked times with deposits are guaranteed, and the date isn't considered booked until the deposit clears the bank. If two clients need the same date or time, we will book the first contract and deposit we receive.
Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs. If you need to cancel the event, your deposit is not refundable but may be applied to a different date. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather so please secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance.
