Artistic Mission

Zanypaint is a face painting company serving the entire Front Range, with most clients in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. We were founded in 2009 by Gina Outcalt. She fell in love with this art form the very first time she saw the kids smiling at themselves in the mirror. She thought it would be a challenge, but achieving both speed and artistry was key in making this a successful face painting company.

When Gina decided to turn face painting from a hobby to a business, her main goals were 4 fold:

  1. Quality & Talent: use only really talented artists that can paint anything. Exceed expectations.
  2. Reliability: artists will show up on time and prepared - even for the unexpected
  3. Professionalism: booking and invoicing are easy but official. Be trustworthy and ethical in every way.
  4. Value: pricing that is competitive in the market, especially for the talent and professionalism we offer

Meet The Founder

Gina Outcalt

Artist and Founder

Gina is an award-winning honors graduate of the Art Institute of Houston. A fine artist as well as a graphic designer, Gina has been an art lover since childhood. While Gina loves her custom cookie decorating business, she longed to have a paint brush in her hand again. That coupled with her love of children was the catalyst for founding Zanypaint.

The best part of being a face painter are the smiles when kids look in the mirror. It's a joy to see how they feel transformed. I feel lucky to get a glimpse into their little imaginations with these adorable paintings they dream up. I love what I do, and I'm honored to be a part of your event!
